Consistorium secretum in..., 1740-1806, 1814-1907.

These documents are a very formal record of decisions made by the Consistory, handwritten in ornate calligraphy, regarding offices, taxes, renovation of churches, and so forth. There are some opening speeches by the pope, for example, 1833. This series appears to be an archival copy of the Congregatio Consistorialis, Acta consistorialia. Perhaps it was the copy for the pope since Boyle and Pasztor refer to this series as "Libretti del Papa." This series is designated by Boyle and Pasztor as the Archivio del Sostituto del Concistoro. They identify its three subseries as Libretti del Papa, Atti (copie et serie regolari), and Varia. In addition to the Acta consistorialia, this series relates to other Congregatio Consistorialis series including the Acta camerarii and Acta miscellanea.
